Non-University groups are unaffiliated corporate, non-profit organizations or other groups. All non-university reservation requests must be reviewed and approved by the Office of Event Services Director.
Making a reservation
To reserve space in Ida Noyes Hall follow our 4-step reservation process below:
- Carefully review our Non-University Guidelines.pdf
- Browse our Event Spaces and Event Services.
- Request an event space using our writeable Space Request Form.pdf or our new online Space Request Form*
- Wait for your request to be reviewed for approval. If approved, you will receive a reservation confirmation and event contract from our scheduling office. (Please allow 3 business days for your request to be processed)
