Upon receiving your Space Request Form, our scheduling team will forward you a reservation confirmation.
To secure your reservation, we ask that you review, the Office of Event Services Guidelines & Contract for Space Rentals (PDF). The signature page of the Guidelines and Contracts document can be submitted to our office email firstname.lastname@example.org. Failure to submit a signed contract within 15 days of receipt of your reservation confirmation, will result in the cancellation of your requested space.
