Event Services

The Office of Event Services will help support you through every step of your event, from reserving to planning to executing.

Here is a list of some of the services we offer:

When you're ready to make your reservation, go to our Reservations page >>

Furniture & Setup

The Office of Event Services maintains its own inventory of furniture. As our inventory is limited, furniture is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Please make furniture and setup requests at least 3 weeks prior to your event. Additional fees will apply for furniture rentals outside our available inventory. Please contact your Event Coordinator for more details.

Simplify your setup requests by choosing from our different Room Setup Styles.

Audio/Visual Equipment

Groups may choose to reserve audio/visual equipment for their event. See the pricing matrix below for equipment pricing. Please make AV requests at least 3 weeks prior to your event. Please contact your Event Coordinator for additional details.

Please note:  An A/V Technician is required when reserving A/V equipment. The technician is responsible for setting, managing, and breaking down equipment. The charge for a technician is $50 per/hour with a four hour minimum.

Please note: All approved caterers not on our list will be held responsible for following the catering guidelines. All caterers must provide a certificate of insurance showing proof of: (1) General liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 and (2) Worker’s compensation coverage (general liability coverage of caterers who provide and/or serve alcoholic beverages should indicate that alcoholic beverages are included in the coverage).

Groups intending to serve alcohol must additionally submit an Alcohol Request Form. Please see our Alcohol Request Form page >> for more details.
